Walton Hills Plastics Manufacturer is looking for an entry level Grinder to join their team!SHIFT: NIGHTS 10P-10A
PAY: $15-17/hr. Based on Experience with .75 shift differential for nights PLUS bonus every 6 months.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Separate/sort plastic sheets
Box, label and weigh inventory
Follow grinding schedule
Load material into grinder and grind into pellet form to be used for reprocessing into sheet form
Tear down/break down/clean grinding machine
Stage material for upcoming jobs
Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.
Regular and punctual attendance
Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and
processes.
Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Skills and Requirements:
Tow motor driving
Must be able to read and write
Must be able to read a tape measure
Ability to retain information
Must be mechanically inclined
Proficient at basic math.
Must be able to work in a team environment
Able to communicate clearly with co-workers
Able to lift up to 50#
Able to use hand tools such as hammers, circular saw, table saw, band saw and nail gun
Able to multitask and self-organize
Must have worked in a general warehouse setting
Follow written safety procedures
Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.

Education Requirements
High school diploma/GED minimum
Fork lift Certification a plus
Basic computer skills a plus

Must be able to move up and down on steps and the catwalk multiple times per day.
