Walton Hills Plastics Manufacturer is looking for an entry level Grinder to join their team!

SHIFT: NIGHTS 10P-10A

PAY: $15-17/hr. Based on Experience with .75 shift differential for nights PLUS bonus every 6 months.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 Separate/sort plastic sheets
 Box, label and weigh inventory
 Follow grinding schedule
 Load material into grinder and grind into pellet form to be used for reprocessing into sheet form
 Tear down/break down/clean grinding machine
 Stage material for upcoming jobs
 Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.
 Regular and punctual attendance
 Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and
processes.
 Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Skills and Requirements:
 Tow motor driving
 Must be able to read and write
 Must be able to read a tape measure
 Ability to retain information
 Must be mechanically inclined
 Proficient at basic math.
 Must be able to work in a team environment
 Able to communicate clearly with co-workers
 Able to lift up to 50#
 Able to use hand tools such as hammers, circular saw, table saw, band saw and nail gun
 Able to multitask and self-organize
 Must have worked in a general warehouse setting
 Follow written safety procedures
 Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.

Education Requirements
 High school diploma/GED minimum
 Fork lift Certification a plus
 Basic computer skills a plus

adjust focus.
Must be able to move up and down on steps and the catwalk multiple times per day.
